ART-206 Survey of Art II

A chronological survey of art from the Proto-Renaissance through the mid-nineteenth century. Included are artistic achievements of both Western and non-Western cultures. Styles and cultures include West Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Neoclassical, Romantic and Realistic periods. Non-Western covers India, China, Japan, Pacific cultures and Africa. Field trip required.
