This program prepares students with programming skills that will provide the background for entry-level or trainee positions or enhance an information technology professional’s versatility and career advancement potential. Within this certificate’s courses, students will gain hands-on experience programming for the user interface of iOS, Apple’s mobile operating system. This operating system is based on the concept of direct manipulation using multi-touch gestures. Students will also learn how to program for specific interface control elements for this type of operating system.
