TDL-107 Warehousing and Distribution
This course provides a detailed study of warehousing and distribution management, emphasizing the achievement of the highest levels of service and product quality while keeping costs as low as possible. Course topics cover detailed warehousing operations management and distribution channels. The major content areas include: improving efficiency while reducing costs, process and capacity planning and control, inventory planning, improving accuracy through technology and planning, and enterprise resource planning.
