CIS-265 Python Programming II

This course is designed to teach intermediate-level topics in Python application development using both a conceptual and hands-on approach. This course will focus on the continued study of the Python programming language and will provide students with opportunities to use Python for object-oriented development (including inheritance and polymorphism), data manipulation, web scraping, Office document processing, and data analysis. Students will also be introduced to good software development skills, including: debugging, refactoring, style checkers, testing, and packaging. (4 contact hours)
