MRT-218 Quality Management
This course focuses on quality management. It includes the basic components of a hospital-wide quality program: quality improvement, utilization management, risk management, credentialing, and compliance with standards and regulations. Quality applications are integrated throughout the course, stressing the importance of application, including data collection, statistical quality control, data display, and assessment.
