PHY-204 Electricity, Magnetism and Optics

Second in the introductory physics sequence for science, engineering and math majors. Electric and magnetic fields; electric and magnetic properties of matter; the laws of electricity and magnetism; alternating, direct, and transient currents; electromagnetic oscillations and waves; reflection and refraction of light; and optical systems are studied.
