HUM-135 African & Middle Eastern Humanities

This interdisciplinary course surveys artistic and intellectual expression in Africa and the Middle East. It explores works, figures, ideas, movements and styles in history, literature, philosophy, religion, and the visual and performing arts that are significant to, representative of, and foundational to African and Middle Eastern cultures.
